Beginning with one clinic per week in 1972, we have grown to provide an average of 20 clinics each month in two locations. Our clinics in Corvallis and Lebanon provide basic acute and primary care to community members who are currently uninsured or underinsured. All Community Outreach medical services are provided by volunteers.

Our free clinics in Corvallis and Lebanon provide primary and acute medical care for adults and children who are under- and uninsured individuals. Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis with no appointment needed. Care is provided by local volunteer medical professionals.

Physical Therapy Clinic

Experiencing back or joint pain? Trying to recover from an accident or injury? COI’s Physical Therapy clinic provides no-cost treatment for accident, injury recovery, and general musculoskeletal issues. Trained physical therapists are available at COI on the first Tuesday of each month, to serve those who are uninsured, underinsured, or lack prompt access to care.

Women’s Health Clinic

COI’s monthly no-cost Women’s Health Clinic offers paps, breast exams, annual check-ups, and visits for other reproductive health issues (not including sexually transmitted diseases – please see your local health department for this service). The clinic is available to women who are uninsured, under-insured, or who cannot get access to prompt care.

Diabetes Education Program

Need information or guidance on managing diabetes? Our no-cost Diabetic Education Program can help. Trained medical professionals can educate patients on nutrition or lifestyle changes, assess their medication regimen, and ensure they are up-to-date on lab monitoring.
