Emily joined COI in 2017 as a social services assistant and spent a short time as the assistant housing director before accepting the director position. She has over 10 years of experience in social services, specializing in youth services. Emily firmly believes that everyone deserves a second chance and wants to pay it forward. Outside of work, she loves reading, watching shows and movies, traveling and spending time with friends.
