Kevin Dimmick joined COI in June 2022, with 30 years of experience as a Human Resources executive and consultant. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from San Diego State University and has done Graduate studies in Human Resources and Organization Development from University of San Francisco. Outside of work, he enjoys family activities, board games and spiritual studies.
