Raymond Brooks is a retired professor of finance from Oregon State University. As the Finance Committee Chair, Ray provides insight and management to support the financial resources entrusted to Community Outreach. Ray has an MBA from Kansas State University and a PhD from Washington University in St. Louis in finance. Ray focuses on the timing and cash flow of Community Outreach’s finances.
