Stephan joined COI in June 2022, bringing over 10 years of experience with public health and behavioral health. He previously worked with Benton and Linn County Community Health clinics. His passion has always been helping people who have traditionally been underserved or experience challenges to accessing care and treatment and believes that his biggest impact is in supporting and advocating for the incredible efforts of our clinicians and mental health associates through thoughtful, responsible and sustainable management of resources and community partnerships.
