Ty joined COI in 2013, with over 10 years of experience in counseling and social services. Ty holds an M.A. in Counseling and graduated from Leadership Corvallis in 2015. He is a passionate advocate for Veterans and families. Ty is a Basque-American and a dog- and nature-lover. When not working, he enjoys hiking, eating, drinking coffee and napping.
