COI provides a variety of no-cost and low-cost medical and dental clinics. There are various eligibility requirements depending on the clinic or service, but they are available to all residents of Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties.

Medical Services

COI depends on the generosity of local health professionals who volunteer their time to make our medical and dental clinics possible. Additionally, volunteers and interns play a key role in our ability to serve others in our community. Without them, we would not be where we are today and our capacity to serve would be nowhere near as great. If you are interested in volunteer work for the medical and dental clinics, please fill out a volunteer form below or call Lisa Quick at 541-758-3000 ext. 110 for more information.

Dental Services

COI provides dental care to uninsured and underinsured
community members in need of dental services. Treatment is provided several
times each month, during the school year by volunteer dentists, hygienists, and
dental assistant students at Linn-Benton Community College. Our dental clinics
provide the following basic services: general exams and cleanings, x-rays,
fillings, and extractions. We cannot provide crowns, root canals, bridges,
dentures, oral surgery, or emergency services.

Behavioral Health

Our Behavioral Health Treatment Services offers multiple services: outpatient mental health counseling, and outpatient alcohol and drug treatment. Our services are focused on low-income, uninsured, and/or under-insured adults. Our treatment approach is client-centered with emphasis on developing clients’ internal resources and external support systems. We offer a sliding fee scale.
